Rules

.HARASSMENT/BULLYING. This project does not & will not condone any type of harassments/bullying. Those found to be engaging in these activities will not be considered for/removed from the project..18+. All participants are to be 18+ years of age at time of application. Those found to be lying about their age will be removed & banned from the project..SHIPPING. The main portion of the project will be focused solely on Katsuki, however, if there is considerable interest, moderators will look into adding ship-specific options for merch pieces as well. All Katsuki-centered ships will be welcome for this project..SAFE FOR WORK. The main portion of the project will be Safe for Work, but if there is considerable interest, moderators will look into adding NSFW/suggestive pieces to the box as additions.

Guidelines

.APPLICATIONS.
- All applicants are required to submit at least 3 pieces of completed artwork. We ask that these pieces showcase the art style that you would most like to use for this project. These pieces do not have to be merch specifically, but it is greatly encouraged to add examples of merch if you have them. If you are opting to apply with links to your social media accounts (Bluesky, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.), we ask that you ensure all pieces are able to be viewed by moderators. Any applications that have links that are unable to be accessed by the moderators will have access requested, but if they are not able to accessed by the end of the application period, then the applicant will be disqualified.
- There will be a spot on the application for creators to add a more extensive portfolio, and we welcome links to Carrd, VGen, Google Drive, DropBox, and other social media. If you are linking any NSFW pieces, we ask that you add tags indicating that said piece is NSFW and what type of content it contains.
- Each applicant is asked to rank their preferred types of merch on their application. This does not guarantee that any applicant will be given any specific merch item, but it will be taken into account when moderators are considering assigning merch items after contributor acceptance.
- There will be a spot on the application for applicants to add potential pitches. Applicants are not required to add pitches to their application, and those that are accepted into the project will not be held to the pitches that they add to their applications. However, all accepted applicants are welcome to bring the pitches they initially applied with and present them once pitches open..CREATION.
- Every check-in will last 1 week and will have at least 1 month's time in between each of them. Each creator will be asked to share progress of their work throughout the project. Should any creator need feedback on their work, the moderators will be able to supply said feedback between check-ins.
- Creation will last from September 3rd to February 13th. Final submissions (entirely completed pieces) will need to be submitted by February 20th.

- All applicants are required to design at least 2 new, never-before-posted pieces of merch for this project. Which types of pieces are included will be determined by the interest check and announced after the interest check period.

.What is a merch box?. A merch box is a fan-made, unofficial gathering of merchandise items that contains pieces of art based around a specific character, ship, or theme..Will this project be P4P, for charity, or for profit?. This will be determined by the interest check, but the goal of the project should it be for charity or for profit will be to at least compensate every contributor with a full bundle of all items made for the project!.Will this project allow minors?. No, applicants will have to be 18 years of age or older at the time of applications closing to have their applications reviewed. This is due to being unable to legally compensate those under the age of 18 should the project be for-profit..Do applicants have to have prior experience creating merch?. No, creators will not be required to have experience creating merch prior to this project! We do ask that every applicant read the guidelines carefully to ensure they are submitting pieces that adhere to the rules posted here and on our application form..Will applications be blind?. Applications will not be blind, as social media profiles with ages stated will be required to apply. However, applicants will not be judged for the works that they create outside of the samples and potential portfolio they submit. All consideration for acceptance will be taken from the creator's application..Will there be a restriction on characters that are included alongside Katsuki?. No, all characters are allowed!.Will this project allow AUs?. Yes, the more the merrier! We encourage all creators to pitch AU-centered ideas for this project.
